Now that you have a site…how do you plan to maintain it?
Creative Core provides an overall maintenance package to help with any edits/additions throughout the month. We have a team dedicated to around the clock service and complete most requests within hrs. We are available 24hrs a day and will always keep you updated on the status of any task.
Option 1: Need-Based Support
Basic Maintenance: $105/HR
Basic site edits (which include text changes, minimal page adjustments, etc). This will also include minimal page creation, programming, or graphic/multimedia work. If anything is deemed out of scope, Creative Core will provide an estimate of time required to complete the task at hand before starting.
Advanced Design & Programming: $135/HR
In-depth consultation, advanced graphics, advanced HTML/CSS, database programming, JavaScript programming, PHP/ASP programming, CMS updates and configuration
Option 2: Full Dedicated Support
We proactively keep everything updated so your site runs smoothly. This means less down time and better security.
Dedicated Support, WordPress/Server Upgrade Assistance, Proactive maintenance of database and 3rd-party plugins, Regular content updates.
As part of the Full Dedicated Support maintenance contract* you are free to send any changes as you need them (as in Option 1)! Each request is placed in a “block” system to maximize the prepaid hrs. The overall plan will cover 5hrs per month with requests submitted every 2 weeks (or close to this range).
